Returns, Damages & Exchanges

Folks, we make our stuff with loads of love and passion, we are sure you will love it. However, just incase we falter with the product make or quality, service or goof up somewhere in the whole transaction, do give us a chance to fix it, we’d love to sort it asap.


Cancellation
We aim to ship our products typically the same day for orders received before 12pm and therefore we cant take a cancellation request because we ship so fast! However, the awesome news is, We give you full 10 days from the date of receiving the product to return the product. Ofcourse, we expect that you will only return the product if there is a genuine defect in the product or you receive a wrong product otherwise you pretty much know what you are buying, right..? :)


Returns and Exchange:
In rare cases that you get a damaged product or a wrong product, please take a picture of the product and email it to us at stuffpandaretail@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the courier.

Once we receive your return,

We can either replace the defective product, although replacements are subject to availability of the product or we can process a refund back to you.

Refund
Please allow up to 72 business hours for processing your store credit or credit back to your credit card/debit card or Bank account.  
Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer. You may return products from Stuffpanda.com with an exception of products that are customised.

Items returned must be:

1) In their original condition and in their original packaging;

2) Complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
